Steven Glenn Jackson - Ph.D.


Steven Glenn Jackson received his B.S. in Mathematics with distinction at Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA in 1995. His graduate degrees M.S., M.Phil., and Ph.D. are all in Mathematics from Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA, in 2000, 2001, and 2003 respectively. His doctoral thesis advisor was Roger Howe. His research interests are in Invariant theory, representation theory, combinatorics, commutative algebra, and mathematics education. He is currently an Associate Professor of Mathematics at the University of Massachusetts in Boston MA, USA.
